Well, we are
looking for two types of reporters... You can sign up to be one or
the other, or both. You don't have to be a reporter to send us your
reports/news but if you're an official reporter, you get benefits*.
If you are a reporter, send in your reports and check out the reporter
headquarters!
Spy Reporter
Job Description:
For this site, we prefer that you either work at Disney or
have some way to get info (such as a friend or family that works
there). Your responsibility is to get news from Disney about coming
Star Wars Weekends and try to find out crucial information which
would allow us to inform fans soon and before everyone else does...
Yeah, hard and risky work but someone's got to do it....
Requirements:
You need to be sneaky... That's pretty much it... :)
How to
Apply: Send us an e-mail with
the subject line "I want to become a spy reporter!"
Send your name, a code name (unless you want your name to appear
on your headlines), email address, and the city where you live
at. We will contact you once we get your application and approve
it!
On-site Reporter
Job Description:
Well, this is the harder job. Your responsibilities are to
take pictures (which will be posted at the Gallery)
from your trip, interview fans (and possibly the stars), and write
a report to show other fans what your SW Weekends Experience was
like...
Requirements:
You have to attend Star Wars Weekends
How to
Apply: Send us an e-mail with the subject line "I want
to become a reporter!" Send your name, a code name (unless
you want your name to appear on your report), email address, home
address**, and what weekend you plan on attending. We will contact
you once we recieve your application and keep you updated through
email.
*The benefits:
Spy Reporter:
You get your own user ID for our newsboards.
On-site Reporter:
You get a tag to wear around the park.
**This will
be private. The only reason for it is to allow us to send you your
reporter tag for the park.
