Wookiee Link:

Leia's Metal Bikini: Every Saga has a Slave...(great tips on making your Leia Bikini as well!!)

Action Figure Review:

Unleashed Princess Leia
Articulation:Like all the unleashed figures, this isn't taken into consideration. I am not even going to give this a star rating because it doesn't apply!
Accessories: well she is standing on the bow of the skiff and holding a force pike...does that count?
Likeness: It is pretty good, none of the unleashed figures look perfect (except mace and vader..they look REALLY close) but I am not going to argue!
Best part: wooah...being a 16 year old boy, carrie fisher in her slave outfit is heaven to me. leia has always been my favorite character so i love anything leia! it is simply a cool figure
worst part: my biggest complaint is that the force pike is SO HUGE! who made it that big?! crazy hasbro!
overall 8 out of 5 stars :)

Wookiee Poll:

A.) Natalie Portman
B.) Harrison Ford
C.) Leanna Walsman
D.) Frank Oz

*Last Poll Results: Are you attending (or did you attend) any conventions this year?
A) Yes- 75%
B) No- 0%
C) Not sure yet
- 25%
TOTAL VOTES: 4

Costuming:

*zam-wesell.com: Everyone wants to be the coolest chick bounty hunter! This site includes great costume tips.

*Costuming Tip: Sometimes not all your colors will correspond accurately with the on-screen costumes. Even so, they must correspond within the costume. Get an index card and glue samples of all your fabrics on there, so that when you shop for a new fabric, you will know exactly what colors you have and what colors you need!!

Fandom:

*Some of us will be attending all or most of the Star Wars Weekends this year. We're bad on money (just blame it on the rise of the Empire) but we can't figure out how we're gonna pay for Disney admission. First of all, you must decide how many DAYS you are going total (perhaps you will go all three days each weekend?) Then multiply the number of days by $53 (that's the total price of tickets minus tax). Now see if there are any better ticket options (such as buying a park hopper or an annual pass). This may not apply to all of you, but it might help some of us weakminded ones! ;)

*This this week's bedroom decorating tip: Many of us have mourned Star Wars actors' deaths. Why not make a memorial? You can save a wall in your bedroom as the defunct star wars actors wall! Get pictures of the actors and their characters and make a collage! Maybe on certain dates you can even burn a candle for them! :)

Wookiee Trivia:

*Who thought Endor was pretty? (Question in SWW trivia contest: May 2001)
R2-D2

Six Degrees of Star Wars:

*Sebulba to Leia

Sebulba > Jabba > Leia

Sebulba was one of the pod racers at Jabba's rac,. Jabba later had leia as his little "pet"
